What in Tarnation... What is this?

So I was in the flower room yesterday, doing the daily inspection and I noticed this.. What in the F%&^&%&)(**K?! I fought Russet and Broad Mites for a little bit, but all seemed clear before switching to 12/12. There were no visible symptoms on the top 5 nodes of all new growth. So... I chopped this thing off because it concerned me. Thoughts?

Can be some kind of fungus, fisarium sp. I have same discoloration on stem outdoor but mine is mushy. It is possible something heavy droping above this plant and supercop it?

I just chopped this branch from the plant. Figured I would dissect it and see if I can find anything. I have added some netting and have begun spreading the branches a bit, but if this is fisarium, I would imagine this crop is a bust...

looks like it got smashed, its the affected area hard and wood-like?

yep. I noticed a few other small spots. Will get pics up when I find my phone. The other spots were extremely few and far between (only found two other spots). The other spots appear dark and mushy, but very small. The original pic started the same way. Initially I thought it was a stretch fracture from the early flower vigor.

Fusarium or another fungal infection/disease if its mushy. Fusarium is soil borne and most of the affected plants i have seen were infected right around where the main stem meets the soil, fusarium is fast acting and lethal, if you don't see the wilt soon then its probably something else.

i would quarantine that lady if you haven't already.

I did a ton of research on fusarium since it was mentioned. I continued my Green Cleaner, Neem, Mighty Wash regimen and it seems to be working. She hasnt wilted over and it hasnt spread anywhere. So, I think I am going to keep an eye on it and continue what I have been doing. Thanks for all the insight.
