Let's say there are a couple dozen Pot of Gold clones under a digital 600w that are 3 days into flowering. They range in height from 4"-6". Would it be realistic to expect these plants to be between 14"-16" by the time flowering is up? Now I know that this a fairly strain specific issue, but would it really make sense to expect a tripling of height when they started out so small?
I've watched POG grow before under the same light setup, with 2 sq. ft. more area to cover, and the plants were vegged 3 weeks (while the ones I'm talking about are barely vegged). These def. tripled in height, honestly, maybe more. POG has a longish flowering period, about 10 wks, so maybe this could contribute to the height explosion. However with so little growth and a fewer number of nodes on the clone...
Just starting a thread for curiosity's sake.
