What healthy recipes do you have?

I have never had edibles. Apparently I am missing out. What recipes do some of you more health conscious stoners cook up? I understand THC binds to high fat content, hence the butter, and unless I am cutting weight, I don't mind something with fat in it from the right sources. Does the same process still work with omega 3 enriched fats? Something like smart balance omega 3 peanut butter, along those lines.

Yup. You can use the same extraction method for all kinds of lipids from pork fat to palm and everything in between. That being said afaik you're better off just eating the flax or fish for the omega 3's rather than turning your shopping cart into a science experiment. Just plain peanuts are strongly anti-inflammatory due to the monounsaturated fats, not to mention the other goodness.

We've taken "natural" peanut butter & replaced the oil w/ loaded oil prior to stirring with excellent results. Some oils are very heat/o2/light sensitive so you may need to experiment for best results.
