What Happened to MY Account?

I had to create a new account to post this, since I get no response from the 'Help' form on the website.

While I appreciate the need to update as time goes on, and completely understand how things can get munged along the way... I'm unable to find out if the site works because my account seems to have disappeared. My posts are still there, yet password recovery does not send me a link like it has in the past.

Anyone else having this issue?

What is the recommended method of contacting support and getting a reply on this type of issue?

Could you use report post feature on this post or any other and say you want to recover acount but can't, the username you had and the email that was used for it? That way when the admins see this they can help you!
