Looks like the start of signs of overwatering to me. Can get that 'claw' from multiple things though including heat stress, wind, and micro nute deficiencies. What nutes are you running? How hot and humid is the room? What is your grow medium, and how often do you water? These all can play a factor, hopefully someone more experienced can give you a more definitive answer.

^^ no one can give a definitive answer with 0 information other than some pictures but i agree with molato.
Id say over fed and overwatered.. the claw is often N toxicity but can be other stressors and deficiencies that impact this.
Really pisses me off when panicked stoners just throw up a picture with no information at all to go with it as though we are psychic or something..
