What happen these leaves? Help!

These girls in almost 2 week in vegetative. They are gettin 250 MH. Bottom leaves are getting crispy and dry.
Strain: White Widow
Room temperature:26-28 celcius
Humidity: %50-55
What can cause this problem? I cannot figure it out.

My guess...too hot a soil formula or fertilizing is burning them.

I use peat-soil mix with nuts. I changed my peat maybe its contains a lot of nuts.

What do you mean you flushed it? Some people do different things when they say they "flushed it".
It's only been two days. You're not going to notice anything immediately.
