What fan for 850watts in 2.6 x 4 x 8 closet?

Hey Icmaggers,

I will be running a 600 watt w/ digi ballast and a 250 watt w/ magnetic ballast in one cooltube in a 2.6 x 4 x 8 walk in closet. The closet is actually 4.5 x 4 x 8 but I only want to use half by draping some poly in the middle of the room. So I have everything but the main fan, which will be in under the floor in the basement in a cooler built into a hush box. But my problem is which one to buy. I have reviewed 100's of different fans and have narrowed it down to a few. Noise is a big factor but I do not want something that will not cool my lights. So noise vs efficiency is really my question.

If only Kenny vs Spenny used this as a competition I would already know :)

the s&p TD-150 For 6 inch round duct - 293/218 cfm

Good old htg combo

or this combo

or 309 cfm 6" Elicent

I am open to other ideas as well. I not looking for the highest rated cfm, I am just looking for something that will cool 850 watts hid and the QUIETER the better as I have a neighbor who needs not to hear a peep.

I am think the s & p will be my best bet but I want to run my exhaust like this fan<<<<light<<<<scrubber . and I know the s & p have thermostats to kill the fan after a certain temp and I do not wanna fry my plants.

Any help, critiques, or even hate on a certain fan is more than appreciated. And the strains I will be running are:
big buddha cheese
lavender
strawberry haze
super silver haze
headband (cut)
jack h (cut)

Once I get everything set up and the little guys get bigger I will start a journal for all my friends on this lovely site. Its has been a while since my last post. I am still working on my 5oz harvest of master kush from my last 250 watt cab.

Damn this sh*t is strong. One bowl and I can not think straight. It has an earthy, piney, light citrus smell and a taste for the connoisseur lungs.

Yes, the odorsok is terrible. Stick with tried and true methods for something as crucial as odor prevention. The HTG combo is tested.

Thanks for the help guys, looks like I will be going with the htg combo. I am still very worried that it will be noisy but I guess I will know when it gets here :) That chart helped mucho it should be in a sticky.

Which fan you buy is only part of the solution.
Use insulated flex-duct, and make sure that you have at least six feet after the fan for the exhaust. The carbon filter does a very good job as a muffler in the grow area. The insulated box around the fan will help a lot in the basement. Then run six or more feet of ducting, with at least one 90 degree bend.
A tip: Tape over the seam on the fan body where the two halves join. Use metal ducting tape (NOT duct tape) that has a peel-off backing. Many fans have a slight leak in this location, that will create a fairly loud hiss when the fan is working hard.
