this lil guy has begun to flower all over the except these rather podlike structures. Is this guy a herm?

well that one needs destroyed in the pic... unless you want to start breeding

It depends some plants herm late in flowering and only produce nanners.
They are like male pollen but do not explode like normal pollen sacks and if they do open they only affect a very small area where they appear. Now if it's all over the plant it hermied bad... then you will get some seeds.

It depends when the plant hermies..... early in flowering they produce balls like that they need to go because it's going to spread hermie pollen all over the place.

Nanners on the other had need to be watched rather than cut down right away type stuff.
