I just tried an experiment, blasting into a container of Everclear 190 for the first time. It's going well so far. The butane looks mostly gone, but I'll let it sit out a little while just in case. I'll freeze the alcohol tonight, then filter tomorrow and let evaporate in a pyrex pan.

stainless steel wins in paper, rock, scissors, bho every time. Easy to scrape anything at the right temp and proper tools.

Worst thing to scrape, cold shatter.

What are you guys using to scrape with? I like SS hemostats with a fresh razor blade. Grip the razor a number of different ways to get nice angles on the dish or whatever you are scraping...A thick ss pie slice is nice too...

Pyrex dish my wife got for me :)

Worst part of blasting, doing the first scrape from pyrex to finish purging it on parchment...

Ran a couple can's last night, forgot to wear gloves and ended up with sticky hands when it was time to scrape...makes your ciggies stick to your fingers...along with everything else...ugh.,

nice numbers, its obvious that glass is the favorite choice.
Can i ask with stainless steel do you ever see scratches on your pan?
