Well the first thing that I saw is that the plant has a too yellow colour to my liking, I recommend giving them a fertilizer with Nitrogen (N) as main ingredient. For example N-P-K 10-0-0 or 8-5-2

I am using HESI for first time, maybe not enough I have them on 0.6 ec.

yeah, I would double that over the course of the next 2 weeks. Start at .8, then raise as leaves darken up. Your using coco it looks like too, so if HESI is not for coco, then you'll need a cal-mag booster. It balances the K:C:Mg ratio.

2-1-2, 2-1-3, or 1-1-1 are all good ratios, and shouldn't cause any immediate problems at your stage.

Did you add 50% perlite to your coco? If not remember that straight coco holds quite a bit of water.
