What dehumidifier to lower rh 15-20% in 32x32 tent?

I am growing 4 auto plants with 2 in veg and 2 in flowering in a 32x32 tent. I have a 240w kingbrite led quantum board on 24/0 with the ac infinity 6" fan with filter on there. I have the fan on the low setting and I would rather not have to turn that up to try to lower the rh. The rh is now around 60% but I want to lower that to around 40 for the flowering. I am looking at this dehumidifier.

Do you think that dehumidifier would lower the rh like 15-20%? What dehumidifier would you recommend?

Have the same size tent and got that dehumidifier also and it's not up for the task unfortunately.

It might take the humidity down a % or so but not much more so you should get something more powerful!

Also consider the fact that the dehumidifier heats the air and will raise your temperatures so you might be better off just trying to turn the exhaust fan up a bit.

Before concentrating on a giving RH number, what are your running temps lights on lights off? You should be able to adjust (by tweaking fan speed) to dial yourself in to the proper VPD (vapour, pressure , deficit) with the fan alone.

BTW I shoot for 75 deg @ 55% during flowering. If you maintain your tent in the "zone", IAW the chart, you will not cause PM (powdery mildew)... and no I wouldn't buy that POS.

RH 60% is ok, forty is too low.

Increase the temperatures to lower the RH or just increase the air circulation in the tent and the room.
A dehumidifier in a tent is never going to work, might get a dehumidifier for the room instead.

The whole idea behind "Crest", is to create a micro climate in your grow room, that houses the tent. Think of that room as outdoors (more or less) while your tent is your house.

BTW, I grow in a 36x36x72" tent. I run a household de-huey from outside the tent. Sucking from the top and discharging into the room (my den) via a charcoal filter sitting on top of the tent. I had to do that because dehumidified air temp rise 6-8 deg F. I din't want that air in the tent. The only other room in my basement, is the furnace room (which doesn't count) and my rec rm. The den is feet away and contains my (previously window AC) keeps the basement and tent comfortable, once again dialing in with the exhaust fan. The tent has a passive intake via HEPA filter from the den.
