What counties/cities can I grow the most meds in

My wife was recently struck with some bad news from here doctor. To make a long story short, her doctor said that he believes MJ could really help her. He couldn't give a recommendation because we live in a non friendly state in the southeast. She has family in San Diego so Cali is our first choice to relocate. I have tryed to research but with no luck. We would like to move in an area were she can have the max amount of plant numbers because she will be consuming the meds rather than smoking. I have actually been growing for many years and would like to grow her meds indoors. I have gotten really good over about a 15 year period. For a long time I wondered why I had been given the tools to do this. Now I truely know it was a gift from GOD to be able to help my wife. I just ask upon my fellow growers in Cali for any info they can provide. From what I have read most of the counties/cities only allow 6 to 12 plants. I would like to do more because I am a SOG guy. I am hoping there is higher plant counts for different counties/cites. thanks.

San Diego county limit - 24 plants. With a limit of 6 flowering I believe.

granted, they just recently ruled that plant limits are unconstitutional, but I wouldn't push it. 24 plants is enough for the average patient to grow what they need to.

I too run what is basically a SOG perpetual setup under CFLs, its great, with 6 plants in flower, a plant comes down every 2 weeks. Figure even small plants yield about 1.5-2oz so that should cover your wife's needs.

I don't think that 2oz. every 2 weeks would be nearly enough. Also, it doesn't have to be San Diego. We are actually considering anywhere in the state. Thanks very much for the info though

The thing is that I actually grow 8 lbs under 4 1000w hps in 2.5 months twice a year and she goes through that in no time. She has actually suffered 2 massive strokes within the last 2 1/2 years. I mean it's either the MJ or morphine and she refuses to take the morphine. The bad thing is that we moved to a different location 6 months ago and I can't grow here. I'm not even supposed to be growing in this state period, but what do you do? That's why we want to relocate to Cali. I was thinking Humboldt County but I don't know what cities are actually in humboldt. As you can see I am not very familiar with Cali. I read somewhere that Humboldt and Sonoma Counties have no plant restrictions, but it just goes by square footage. Is this true? I hate to bother you guys so much, I just really have no clue here. Thanks.

If you're looking for numbers go to Oakland 72 is the limit but in a small area i believe it's 36sq ft, Sonoma co i think is 30 plants ask lazyman i think he grows up there. Again anything above 99 is asking for trouble the rules are very grey, i know in Oakland they have measure Z which is very low priorty for MJ.

Humboldt co was known back in the day for there outdoor but i saw this show about people taking over the town with grow ops indoors. You can look on craigslist for places to rent and it says no 420. But if you're buying which is a great time to do that then no worries. Good luck where ever you decide sorry to hear about your wife. My dad has just been told he's got 3 -6 months fighting lung cancer. Oh you can look here if you need more info

ive been in oakland for a month or so hanging with family. ive been living across the street from a police station and puff out on the porch all day and nobody says anything. They have real crime to deal with. Oakland is cool but i would suggest chico, berkeley, grass valley, lake county, and a few others. People vs kelly got rid of limits for med users.

pm me if you need more info, also check out canorml.org and look up the city/county rules. But like i said any limit is unconstitutional, just stay under 99 plants outside, indoors shit you could have as many as you want i think you could get off with a good lawyer.

good luck

Thanks very much. You guys have been very helpful with your info. I appreciate helping me understand how Cali operates. So I guess basically if I keep it under 99 plants, in the right counties, I am fine. I understand there is still a risk but nothing like where I live at now. I mean, basically I'm still going to grow her the meds no matter what state I live in. I just want to try and make my chances with the law dogs as good as possible. Also, sorry to hear about your dad, painroad. Hopefully they are wrong about the time frame. You never know, he could out live you. I have seen some amazing things in my life time and one thing I have learned is always expect the unexpected.

your best bet is coming to santa cruz renting a house. 99 square feet per patient. unlimited plant count.
