some parts of the u.s. are less....."enforced" ....than others, but there's way too many instances across the country of police doing whatever they please......to seriously consider your "rights" are going to protect you. ymmv.......cops cant do this/that you say? news reports from tx/ca/nv/ak/fl...numerous states, where they do all sorts of piggery, then usually get promoted afterwards. less heat is on in general, but it could even boil down to your municiplaity/local guys...........it aint legal yet, hell we havent even seen the prison industrial complex throw into the game yet, think they want it legal?.......anyway, if they want you....and you give them the chance, they will get you with whatever means neccesary. dont get painted, the first rule of fight club is......
