What can I do?

So I have a container of trim at the moment which I sprinkle into hot dishes like soup for example. Don't know if it does anything at all but it does destroy the 'evidence' nicely.
My first question is what does everyone do with their trim?

Moving on I have several food allergies. I'm completely intolerant to lactose for example. That rules out cannabutter etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can cook with cannabis with my limitations?

pan simmering works well, but, with trim making hash seems to be pretty efficient. ISO hash is pretty straight forward, i'd use grain alcohol(think everclear 190 is best) vs anything else though.

Save up your trim until you have a nice stash and then make cannabutter using coconut oil instead of dairy butter. If you make it very potent (i.e., by using a very small amount of coconut oil relative to the amount of trim), you can easily consume the end product by melting a small chunk into a warm drink. No need to bake cookies.
 
all oils will extract cannabinoids and other terpenes. pick one ,like coconut as darklands suggests above, or olive, grape, walnut, sesame, canola, you name it.

personally, i prefer concentrates and use mostly bho.
