What Bud Makes the best Hash and Why

Okay, I like all of you, have read that Indica Was traditionally grown to make hash. I guess I have been going along with that for some time now, but here is the puzzle. If Sativa is good, why wouldn't the trichomes of it make a nice Sativa hash?
I am growing an Indica Dom, Big Bid, and I pretty much only like to smoke the hash that I make from it, dry sift usually. I am currently looking at Sativa Doms to add to my mix, and I may or may not make hash from them, I dunno. I just cannot see why it is said that Sats are Bud, and Indicas are Hash.

A further explanation of bag or screen size for a specific bud would make this thread even more useful for others as well.

Sativa trichomes are straight and have smaller heads. Indica trics are curved with bigger heads. The best indica trics get caught in the 90u bubble bag and the 73u bag. The sativa trics are caught in the 45u and 25u bags cuz they are smaller. The 73u and the 25u taste best and melt best. You can ONLY make blonde hash from indica.
Pure sativa bubble hash from the 45u and the 25u are super good!
