what are your opinions on strawberry cough?

hi ya folks,

i recently ordered some fem seeds pkgs: i ordered mazar, isis, skywalker and strawberry cough...unfortunately i received 2 strawberry coughs and no skywalker(which kinda sucks cause i was really wanting to try a blueberry combo) i know strawberry cough is a anti anxiety type high...maybe lower thc% than some and the yields are suppose to be okay not great...but the quality smoke is suppose to be outstanding. i was just wondering if anyone here can offer their opinion of it...has anyone grown skywalker? will i be bummed i didn't get that one?
i will be growing these indoors this winter...hopefully.

my opinion is it's the shit, follow the sig . you are pretty much right on with the discripton, except i doubt the thc% is lower, it's a great strain, really potent, and it yields "okay" just find a good pheno and you'll be set.

Never grown it myself, but I havent really heard anything bad about it ever, except for the DP version. And the only bad things Ive heard about the DP version was that they had bad germ rates. If you can get the cut though Id say its a winner for sho.

Hey litebuzz, I grew DP's Skywalker bout' 2 years ago. I really liked it and ran clones for a year. The taste was kinda earthy with over-ripe berrie undertones. The high was a real Paralyzer when I let go 66+ days flower but I liked them closer to 63. I dont know how bad you'll miss not having it since you ordered the Mazar, which is Skywalkers other half I think.

cool thanks for the input. of course i got the dp...haha...shyt man i hope the germ rate isn't too bad considering these are fem seeds that i paid up the ass for...not to mention the skywalker was $23 more and i didn't get it! oh well. i still have the isis and mazar so i've heard those are pretty good ones too.

Any comments on the fem vs. non-fem? I think Dr. C. Had both. Imagine fem would be closer to original whereas non-fem would be 1 backcross at best....just a guess. But males might be useful. A friend did DP SC and folks complained, but it may just be his skills.

I am growing some strawberry cough currently. I started from seed. I purchased the fem seeds from gypsy. I will post a grow/smoke report in a couple of weeks. I am going to get close to 4 oz from one plant.

She responded very well to supercropping. I can't wait to show her off. It's the first time I used supercropping and I am impressed with the technique.

She is easy to clone imo. I smoked a little early bud (50 days) I really like it so far.

Kyle Kushman's Strawberry Cough is supposed to be the only one that truly shows the genetic potential of this strain. Ordering a single pack of 10 seeds, you probably won't find that killer pheno, but one that will still produce good quality buds. Good luck on your journey!
