i lost over thirty lbs a few months ago, by eating cereal/toast for breakfast, nothing but a salad and/or sugar-free jello at lunch, and whatever i felt like having for supper as long as i ate no later than 7:00 pm. no late night snacks. it´s possible that I´ve been having too much hot chocolate in the evenings but no booze. I´ve only had a couple of pints but I never got drunk. But the hot chocs may not help with loosing weight either ...I am sure it´s just an awkward time for you in the moment with drinking to much! Sometimes it has to be, of course.Once I had an traumatic expierience and in my case I was helping me until better times came. I only drink in the evening 3 beer.
By the way, I drank a Corona beer before 2 days, first since 30 years and it doesn´t tasted really like beer. I was disapointed, it was so soft and not a bit dry or tart.
