My wife is a good cook, beer and not moving enough is the reason. 😉
try eating a large serving of salad per day. But yeah, beer is not the best of liquid diets! :biggrin:
I hardly drink these days. I´ve been going through so much sh*t and I have so much too worry about and normally anyone I know would have gotten drunk at least once by now - but for some reason I´ve barely touched any alcohol. I´m really quite proud of myself for that. 😇

I am sure it´s just an awkward time for you in the moment with drinking to much! Sometimes it has to be, of course. (y) Once I had an traumatic expierience and in my case I was helping me until better times came. I only drink in the evening 3 beer.

By the way, I drank a Corona beer before 2 days, first since 30 years and it doesn´t tasted really like beer. I was disapointed, it was so soft and not a bit dry or tart.

when my father finally quit smoking thirty years ago, he went from 170 lb to 260 lb. it took him 4 years, but he got there. he substituted eating for smoking, which is common. :confused: he was, admittedly, probably 30 lb UNDER what he should have weighed at 170, being 6'2'...
For dinner, before some minutes I ate only one Bratwurst, not two. :)

it´s possible that I´ve been having too much hot chocolate in the evenings but no booze. I´ve only had a couple of pints but I never got drunk. But the hot chocs may not help with loosing weight either ...:whistling:
I´m not sure I ever tried the Corona beer but I´m sure it helps to get fat too :biggrin:

i lost over thirty lbs a few months ago, by eating cereal/toast for breakfast, nothing but a salad and/or sugar-free jello at lunch, and whatever i felt like having for supper as long as i ate no later than 7:00 pm. no late night snacks. THAT was the hard part... :redface:
same here :) tons of salad with some meat and sometimes I´d add some potatoes for carbs . I didn´t even try to lose weight because frankly I had given up lol. I just wanted to eat by my blood type again and I just started getting thinner without even realizing it. I started taking digestive enzymes at thesame time because of GI issues, plus probiotics. I guess this combo worked out or me :dance013:
PS I only eat fruit in the mornings - it´s digested in no time

Maybe interesting for you? I hope you find about it in english. A tablespoon of vinegar in a glas of water before lunch and dinner is good for loosing weight.
