I've never seen that particular Guinness. Now I feel cheated.
Indeed Moose,
There's no substitute for the black stuff. Ah sure ya know yourself roll on the weekend I'll be back to myself 😃

I notice glass bottles seem to be making a big come back at the off sales, this I like to see.
Local craft breweries have always seemed to have a bigger selection on bottles than they do cans. ( I find a lot of their stouts to sweet)

The bottles I'm referring to would be pint size (500ml) and would come at a higher price, for every can there would be a glass version. I much prefer drinking out of glass, though I did drink Guinness out of a Wellington boot at a party once, as a few others did..

Waiting for some sort of sign from the other side of the mountains, smoke signals letting me know the pint size glass bottles of Guinness have arrived. Bridie at the local community club will hear all about it first..

We have a live one here, 70cl priced at 23 yo yo’s, exceptional value. Even though it’s blended it was finished in Irish craft beer-seasoned barrels, nice to sip on..

On a bit of a side note, Conor mc Gregor (clown) who lost his civil case last week in the high court for rape, has seen all his branding The black forge, proper 12 whiskey any thing else related to him cleared of the shelves throughout Ireland..
Even the wax museum in Dublin have removed his wax work.
Cheers..

Just now saw this, SX.

Yes, glass is preferable to cans. The bottles (surprisingly) also travel better in a freight sled over the trails, too. Can's will burst more readily from the bouncing. Bottles not so much.

We get some of the English beers here in larger bottles, such as Samuel Smith's, which I recall some of them going about 19.3 oz. or something like that (a pint and three oz. I think).

This one here is a favorite of mine and is in a 550 ml bottle. It's also a 7% abv beer.
