What are these?

Stuck on the main stalk like they're glued on. I thought they were aphids at first.

Sprayed with Spinosad, do I need something else?

Whiteflies, I think. Pyrethrum spray ... or just hose them off if they're not in plague proportions.

I recently fought white flies and have to say your critter looks more like a mite or an aphid. I've had good luck spraying with Horticultural Oil solutions against all three.

I'm pretty sure I got rid of aphids using tobacco tea as a spray, 1 cigarette per pint of water soaked for about 12 hours followed the next night by garlic tea, 2 cloves per cup, soaked 24hrs. That wasn't on pot plants, but it looks to have been very effective as far as ridding my petunias and nasturtiums. Overwatered nasturtiums was what seems to have triggered the outbreak in my case.
