What are these tiny bugs I found on my yellow sticky traps?

The plants in the room don't show any signs of bug damage, but I found a few of these guys on some yellow traps I had placed at various points in the room. One of the pics I took almost seems like it might be a different bug entirely.

Last fall I had a thrip infestation that caught me off guard but I sprayed spinosad a few times and cleaned out the grow rooms and never saw the thrips again. Do thrips overwinter? Is it possible these are thrips? Like I said I don't see any thrip damage on the leaves, just a couple of these guys on a yellow sticky trap which wasn't even directly under a plant.

What do you think they are? Harmless?

I already sprayed a mix of azamax, spinosad, peppermint oil, and cedarwood oil in the trays and the ground and the general area in the grow rooms (except not actually on any plant material or root zones).

Spinosad on the leaves. Also pyrethrins works. Doesn't take much to knock em down. If you're going to use DE in the medium then make sure to use enough to be effective. A lot of people don't go heavy enough. If there's eggs or larvae in there the de will def work. If you're worried use pyrethrins in the roots too. I've had them once and seen them two other times so my experience is limited but the sticky cards and spinosad worked in my garden and a friend used pyrethrins fogger and that worked. No other steps or precautions were taken. Good luck
