What are the best temps. and times to ensure efficient bondage in butter/oil

Hi eveyone , i remember seeing graphs that showed the curve of temperature vs cooking time to effeciently bond thc to oil or butter or somthing. i was hoping someone could post them or a link to where i can find them.

im interested because back in the og days i tried a recipe for canna capsules, made with olive oil and some good bud in a double boiler but the temps probably werent high enoughf. the result wasnt very potent and i dont want to waste any more bud.

Till then, what i do is:
Grind up herb very fine, mix with coconut oil (much longer shelf life).
Put i glass jar with tight fitting lid, place that jar into a pot of water that is just below a boil for 30 in. When done add some corn starch to make a more powdery consistancy(for ease of stuffing pills).

I use 7g of high quality bud
5ml coconut oil
4gram corn starch
= 25 size O caps.
Those are not too strong, but great to start with until you figure out your preffered dose.

but its for a hexane extraction....
read the sticky by badkittysmiles, makes cannacaps great
i simmer on low/med for several hours (3min.)
if u smell it like weed, its too hot, u r cooking out terpenes,
really i think u only need to reach 120 to activate the thc, no higher temp necessary ime
