What are the best organic pesticides?

Hi so I will be growing indoors this summer and was trying to find information on the best organic pesticides for indoor use. I have discovered diatomaceous earth which I use to protect the topsoil. But I need to find something for the leaves and buds. I am aware that greater pests will come as the weather changes. I have tried several pesticides outdoors ,as a spray, such as neem horticultural oil and insecticidal soap. But all these pesticides were eventually washed off by rain and weather. So does anyone know how it works inside? Do you wash the plants with water, days after treatment? I would like to try a mixture of neem, dr bronners peppermint soap, and cayenne pepper.

There's Azasol, which is better is several ways than Azamax and Azatrol. There's Spinosad, OGBioWar Pyrethrum w/o PBO. Pay attn to shelf lives. Good luck. -granger

Thanks I looked up azasol, sounds good. I used neem indoors vs. the sciarid fly but it only reduced their numbers a bit. well anyways thanks for the replies.

Lady-bugs and baby lizards and preying mantises.

You can buy the bugs. Most of the baby lizards I've seen have been where suburbia meets national forest, and any amount of water creates sort of like an oasis ... helps the food count and water situation for the native lizards.
