anyone try either of these 2?? i understand the western winds is the sagarmatha version of the kali mist... i got a couple of the WW goin right now in my growroom along with some sagarmatha SLYDER, so far theyre lookin pretty nice, clear sativa traits visible... i will post a smoke report as soon as i harvest but thats still a month away... so anyone who tried either of these post some thoughts on the strain... peace

I got this kali from some "bag seed"; it was grown by a friend of a friend. It has the kali taste and smell. I love the stuff and I have a lot of people ask me about the Kali (almost 2 years later), it really stuck in people's minds, which is a good thing. Great high, I can't say enough good stuff about it. I am growing another one of these "bag seeds" out and will be ecstatic if I get similar results.

Might just have been my beans but i found WW to be nothing like Kali Mist. Kali has that special incense/spicy aroma that Haze lovers look for.

I did a WW outdoor grow last summer... and it was the best producer in my garden. The plants were columnar in shape...definitely not bushy... great aroma..intoxicatingly sweet while growing.....

As to the smoke...it is an up high..fun high...wanna do things type high..... the aroma from the jar IMHO..sour apples......lovely smoke... lovely plant... one that will stay in my stable... and be included again in my next outdoor grow...

hej hej i dont know how tony´s version of KM is, but Serious pre 2000 KM is fuc..n dank bud porn if you have the hazey pheno.
I´m growing right now a KM cross, let´s see how they turn out

I agree that WW is a good producer. I had an apple/celery aroma pheno that was huge. KM can give descent colas too but it is the magic haze phenos that are killer smoke.

hihi i got a kalimist cross with a pre 2000 haze dominant KM
maybe its a pre 98 i dont know for sure .....

Rez used a very nice pre 98 kali mist in the Apollo Mist in my garden of which I got 3 kali-like phenos and 1 Apollo. I also believe that I got some Western Winds from my mystery mix, the plant looks EXACTLY like that.

Both strains seem to be worth a try.

Hey, I miss the "Ultimate Sativa Thread" from Overgrow.

The Kali Mist is not a pure Sativa, but damn, some phenos give me the kick!

Some phenos have this incredible and unmistakeable incense aroma.

Those phenos that have an exotic spice scent, a unique amlmost spicy sharp taste, and the resulting smoke makes my appartment smell like a church....

i LOVE that. man oh man am i dying for something like this again. i know exactly what you mean when you say you are searching for those traits again. love that smell
