weird leaf growth

hi everyone,
ii've just discovered something very weird in the midle of a leaf on one of my plant, more than 10 years of grow and never seen this...
maybe someone knows.
i join the pic.

and in the center of the mini leaf there is a white hair, like a calix hair!!!!
really i've never seen that before.

D'ya reckon the roots have come up against a lump of fertiliser not thoroughly mixed in? Especially if it was potash or high-K kelp ...

thanx to stop ,
the strain is an unknow strain a friend had from someone who didn't know the strain neither but it is something very strong and narcotic but not sleep inducing.
no other clue about this strain...

for the nutes, i use floracoco grow and bloom liquid and i water/feed everyday, sometime twice. no additives,
my water is very hard (Ec 0.45), no calmag added as there is plenty in the floracoco formula and in my tap water
i really don't understand...

i think you're right about a mini bud because in the middle of the mini leaf there is a calix hair, just 1.

this plant have 3 sisters from seed too and none of them do show that.

Hahah I remember hearing about that but wasn't sure I'd seen it. The pics are hilarious. It's like a leaf toupee.

^That's indeed the mutation that I think is going on.
But all the pictures you can find online are like this one with a mature bud.
Hopefully the Op can do some updates throughout the growth so we have a documented growlog about this mutation from start to finish.

hi teddy, the discoloration that appears on the pic i think is due to have both hps and a full spectrum hlg board running at the same time, coupled with poor phone's white balance capabilities.
i did that to try to have a less orange hue to the pic but i better stop the hps completly and swith on the led for a better picture color next time...
when i look a it it is pretty uniform except fot the younger top shoots wich are more pale-green than the rest of the plant but turn normal green after getting a few days old..
thanx for your input Man it is nice to have real growers opinions as soon as they watch something weird, i like this atmosphere.
