Weird growth at petiole of the leaves

These are seedlings. I was told it was stress but the plants are super healthy by appearance. They pray every time the lights are on. No deficiency other than a small calmag deficiency early in veg. I'm in coco feeding pure blend pro pro tex silica calmag xtreme mykos roots excel and a new product called mammoth microbes temp is 70-80 Rh is %40-60

I've had little leaves grow in diferant spots. They don't become any thing but that one pic does look like male parts.

That's really weird. Never had a plant grow a leaf out of the preflower spot.
