I have 2 orginal blues, one of the blues has white spots. Looks kinda like white veins and white spots on the leaves, and the leaves are wrinkled and retarded. I foliar feed and use organic nutes. I have searched through sick plants and problems found no plant with the same problems. Plants are 5 weeks in veg. The other blue is healthy, but has lite problem with spots also. I also have s sour diesel ibl, bogglegum, mango, grape krush, and skunk #1, there all looking perfect. Anyone seen anything like this before with the orginal blue? All plants in same cab, same conditions. Sorry no pics.

Without pics, it's gonna be really tough to guess what the problem could be...if the white spots are tiny then it kinda sounds like spider mites or thrips that are getting started on that plant. Check out MynameStitch's sick plant guide (one of the stickies at the top of this forum) and see if that narrows it down any.

It definatley isn't spider mites or and kind of bug, I think it just might be a mutant, I saw a couple pics posted by someone else in dj shorts forum.

Don't be to conserned with the wrinkled leaves,DJ's BB has alot of crinkled leaf mutations, but I would definatelt take the above advice on the white spots.

Hey there,

You are looking at a mutation that is present in some of the blue lines.

There are two main expressions of the trait- a seemingly 'allelic dose' dependant phenotype.

I've found during my experience with the parentals from which these seeds were made, that stronger nute doses lead to more of the 'curly' phenotype.

There are a few 'super-curlies' that seem to keep the curl no matter how mild the diet. However, some of these plants will revert to a more normal growth given a much milder diet, so cut your nute levels in half or even a quarter and you should see new growth emerging from the meristems.

If you have been feeding on a more aggressive nute schedule, stop now and give plain pH adjusted water for the next 4 or so waterings.

Hope this helps,
