need more info- is this soil or hydro? type of light, etc- the more info the better. does look like some sort of nute burn. Are these lower leaves or upper leaves?

It looks like the onset of over fertilization. It's important to remember to only fertilize your plants once a week (if) they show signs of needing it because it takes a week (in soil) for the plants to resond.

Stay green!

overfertilization and underfertilization often look very similar. if you're using the hydroponic method, what does your ec/tds meter say the plant has been doing?

what ph is your soil or hydro setup?
what are your ppms or EC?
are you using soil or hydro?
what nutes are you using how much and how often?
what part of the plant is affected?
if your using soil what mixture or brand is it?
what water temps if you are growing hydro?

what size pots are these plants in and how big are they if growing in soil?

seeds or clones?
Strain?
lighting and wattage and distance from the plants?
temps/humidity?
how often are you watering?

it could either be ph calcium are you using tap water or RO?
i need to see the plant to make a 100% diagnosis
look on the back of your nutes and tell me if there is micronutes in there
im not real familar with canna yet they try to be so secreative on what nutes are in there lol

how tall are these plants? how old?

can you take a p icture of the whole plant? the part that is affected?
nute burn would not cause spotting like that it would be localized to more patches not spotty

It looks too acidic, maybe causing a calcium lockout. This could be caused by your watering schedule, soil, or if you've been feeding it a lot of K. I'm not too keen with hydro, though 1min on 4 off seems kinda too much but what the hell do i know about dro.
