So after some time lurking, the forums, I decided to be part of the community by starting to fill the servers with mb's from pictures, of my humble adventures.
Still, I should introduce myself first.
I started growing in guerrilla as I entered the Canna world along with some friends at the time during my adolescence. As I went to college I understood that cannabis had a place in my life, and I decided to give in, in a more serious approach (yet always open-minded) in the addiction of growing the herb. As this is an hobby, I can play around with different stuff (lately I have been using mh and hps to complement each other in flower), to keep myself busy, and record differences to what suit my needs.
Lately and after some coco plays (hand watered) I have decided to try and bring back a more organic approach to my personal set-up, as I find some strains that fit my bill.
With that in mind I found a local Organic mixture that was "bumped" with lime, worm castings (10% of total mix), and guano (half of the dose that the brand says). During flower, I top dressed with guano and palm-tree ash. The organic mix I bought already had a bit of sand, at the same time it would hold some moisture, so at the transplant in the final 3 and 5 gallon pots that I'm using, I skipped on the perlite. I'm enjoying the results so far (have yet to sample the product with decent cure) but as for the smell, and overall happiness of the plants (and simplicity of the approach too) seems to me that I'm heading in the right track (I've been checking a lot of TLO/no-till reading lately too).
So without further notice, some pics from cell's and slr of some of the things that do go around here:
Some C99 bud from FMS, the more compact, but also lankier pheno
and here the more leafy/foxtaily pheno about 2 weeks from chopping
for more relaxing times, along with some cheeses/kush, the Grape Ape runs here too (cut selected from a BF pack).
cheers.
