Wattage

I have 1 female blueberry in I'd say a 1.5 gallon ceramic pot, with some organic mg. It was vegging for 28 days under 80watts of cfl 2700k, on an 18/6 sched. I then upped the wattage to a lil over 100 watts of cfl lights and began a 12/12 for atleast a week now.

Should I get some more 42 watt cfls?

I decided I am not going to lst or fim or scrog, because this is my first grow and I just wanted it to grow on its own as much as it could, and I already have a ton of potential budsites.

My temps are running an average of 72-74*F with 45% humidity

What do you guys think?

not too shabby... CFL's take FOREVER to flower a plant in though... add 3-5 weeks to your standard 8-10 wk strain... also IME take about about 2 weeks to even see the budding start.

since your CFl'ing you should run them 11day/13night
long story short, there blue in color and plants get a 'go to sleep' trigger with 730 NM light spectrum (hps glow) without it it can take extra time for them to fall asleep.

good luck

depending where u are, walmart/home depot/ and target sell 42 watt cfl's for about 8 bucks. i just picked up 2. 16 bucks isnt bad considering that isnt even a dub these days.

DigitalHippy is right. It takes the plants a little longer to show sex. 10-14 days from my exp. I don't know if it takes 30% longer for the plants to finish. It may depend on the lumens. Plants definitely flower well with CFL's. I have 12 23 watt CFL's running for a total of about 19,000 lumens on 4 plants and I'll be clearing 1.5 ounces per plant at a total of $21.00 in electric usage for the 90-100 days of the grow.

No complaints here, but I wish I had a picture or two for you guys.

More light is better, and side lighting will really help the lower parts of your plant to fill out.

Just let it do its thing. The plant already knows how to grow. Enjoy learning how to get from the beginning of a grow to the end. It is an exercise in patience.
