When in flower, when do you water your plants ? Just after lights come on, before lights go off, mid day ???

When they need it. It doesn't matter what time of day, lights on or off, etc... What matters is the moisture content of the soil.

I try to get my water schedule in sequence with lights on. That way you don't raise the RH drastically. Obviously if the plants need water, water them regardless. If I water near lights off, I make sure my dehumidifier is empty and set to keep RH near 50% or less.
