Water line and fert kinda help needed.

Hey ic, need some help.*
This year I'm gonna grown about a 100 yards from my house, i need advice on how to get some water out there, and some pressure. I have one neighbor and a land lord i need to kinda keep it on the down low from.*
I need help on how to do it ....hard pipe? And size? Hose? With some sort of booster? The line im tapping off has half ass pressure from it, i need to run a sprinkler at night as i as trying to grow the brush around my grow spot up before summer and it all dies and turns brown. Also what kind of cheap Fert for the brush grass n weeds can i throw out to make sure everything gets nice and tall and hides my garden...*
The terrain is down hill bout a 50 feet then over 250 feet.*
Also please know that i will be using this waterline to feed my plants once we get going this year. Id like to be able to just run drip rings and a timer on EQUAL pressure and mix nutes in a garbage can and use a 1/2 horse pump to feed with nutes ( but thats another help me thread) ...
Hard water rated pipe??
A long ass hose ??
Booster pump for some pressure??

depending on the size of the garden, i would get a 500-2500 gallon water tank and fill it with your hose that doesnt have great pressure. Then you can plumb in a gas powered water pump to the tank and run a 2" poly line to the garden. You will have plenty of pressure that way. You can even put a second tank at the garden site and fill it from the first one and run your sprayers/watering system off that tank. If you set the tank uphill/higher than your garden you can use gravity to water/feed the plants
