It's not adequate for most rez's IMO...unless you're running a micro setup. You'd be alot better off modifying a water dispenser to work as your chiller. They're 1/10 HP, so it should handle a 20 gal res pretty good.
i agree w/ the sandman on this one. I bought a refurbed 5 gallon water cooler on ebay for 39.99, 65 shipped, turned out to be 1/12 hp, plenty powerful to cool my setup a few degrees. If you look around you can find an old shitty looking unit that costs next to nothing, someone snaked me on one of them, they got the unit for 5.99 and shipping was 30 bucks,for $35.99 you cant even buy those cheap thermoelectric chillers that dont work. The unit doesnt have to look pretty or be fancy, you would be taking it apart anyways.
