waste of seeds.need a help.

Helaa,

Here we dont have any idea or ( information) on how to use seeds.
Every evening we throw seeds upto 200 gms in our park smoke areas.Coz more tahn 60 ppl smoke raw weeds.Last night I saw sacks of seeds were trown by the shopkeeper in drainage.
Any info on proper use of it will be appreciated.

hemp seed oil is really good for you. press the oil from the seed.

birds also sing brighter when there is cannabis seed in the bird seed mix
