Hey does anyone on hear play it. It's pretty addictive once you gotten good at it, plus it's free. Head shots with a sniper are fun.
Does anyone here play Battlefield 2142. I have gotten around to buying that one yet but I does look quite good.
How about wolfenstien enemy territory a classic.
Right now I'm playing NFS Carbon. It actually runs smoother with max graphics settings on my pc than Most wanted does.
I'm also playing marvel ultimate alliance, scarface, Supreme Commander beta, Warhammer,Star Wars Forces of corruption, Dark Messiah, Fear extraction, and FF12 via emulator. I'm still trying to get through Oblivion.
Has anyone ever heard of Prey. Thats a kickass game.
So many games just got realesed in the last 2 months its crazy. Many more are coming too. Can't wait for crysis and Direct X 10 with Vista.
Beer and video games don't mix thats forsure but after I smoke I play even better. Especially if it's a nice sativa like haze.

Nah, the only PC stuff I play is the Myst series. I've been taking my time wih Exile for over a year now, I keep finding little niches here and there that I missed before, little details, etc. I love the series

i was as battlefield2 addict for quite some time, but regarding bf2142 that you mentioned, fwiw:

When you open the box, a big slip of paper falls out first, preceeding any discs or manuals. The slip of paper says, essentially, that 2142 includes monitoring software which runs while your computer is online, and records "anonymous" information like your IP address, surfing habits (probably via cookie scans), and other "computing habits" in order to report this information back to ad companies and ad servers, which generates in-game ads.

Now, I can live with certain in-game ads (though apparently there will still be Dodge trucks and Neons for you to buy in the bleak, futuristic world of 2142) , but including a lengthy description - outside of even the Eula - seems to indicate even EA knows that this is some shady borderline spyware shit. Can you imagine how much the ad companies are paying for this information? Makes me feel a little ill.

im a huge pc gamer. i played oblvion to death, i havent touched it in month's now. ive tried warrock. it reminded me of most first person shooter's except i hated the fact that i couldnt use the iron aimer's for my assault rifle's to get a more accurate aim the only thing i appreciated about it was the ability to rent weapon's. i also played battlefield 2 a whole lot along with fear combat. it was recently released as free ware and i say it's a must have for everyone. dark messiah is a great game. i downloaded it as a torrent but i found the game to have error's around chapter 2 so it got the boot. im currently downloading need for speed carbon collector's edition as we speak. most wanted was awesome. the only game i bought was bf2 ad oblivion. but shortly after i got oblivion it went on ebay after i made a copy of course oh yeah prey was pretty cool. i loved the puzzle type playing. call of jaurez is next to be gotten.

Nikijad4210: Yes I've played the Myst series up untill Myst 3. I've never tried the recent Myst. There now up to Myst 5 and now they have a Myst online. Uru, Aura Sacred rings,Atlantis are also some other Myst clones you might want to look into. Oh I've never heard of exhile before. I'll have to look it up. Oh thats the name of Myst 3 duh.

dankPheno: Ya thats pretty shady, I had no idea they did that. I do have the razor 1911 version and I have played on hamachi networks. Makes me want to uninstall it now. I thought I'd check it out before I bought it but I'm not sure I really want to now. No big deal I guess, its a sacrifice you make to play a kick ass game.

sm0kateer4204: Your just like me. Probably been playing video games since 1987 like me. Remember Zelda, FF1,Megaman3,double dragon,punch out,ect. So many greats back then. Did you get to play oblivion in max detail setting on an LCD because thats the best experience. Right now Im packing a new XFX 79gtOC card on a 19"LCD and it's outstanding. Oh and did you download any mods for oblvion cause theres some really good ones out now.

Now back to warrock. My friend introduced into this game a couple months back. At first I did'nt like it but it takes alot of practice and once you get the hang of it it's actually pretty fun especially if you play with friends you know. Your right about the assault guns not being able to zoom in like the riffles. The G36 gun allows it but its hard to use because the recoil bounces you all over the place. I prefer the M4ai because thers way more conrol but no zoom. Lately though I've been liking the sniper. Renting weapons is good but I'm getting low on dinar and soon will be out. Yes fear combat is good I had it for a bit. I could actually run it on max detail with AA at 1280X with no problem. Right now Im playing though fear so I can get to the new expansion. I played the demo for Dark Messiah and was impressed. Im downloading it right now.Glad its only 4 gigs and not that 7 gig file originally posted. Is that the one you downloaded. I'm also checking out Neverwinter Nights 2 and Phantasy Star Universe.

I don't know much about that game you listed called Call of Juarez but just so you know its out on that torrent site you listed.
Update Aw, I saw some screenshots for it on gamershell. Its a wild west shooter and looks interesting. Have you ever played Gun?

I just finished carbon this morning and now I'm seeding it of course. Got the Hkzonda version which is 7 gigs but you only need the 4 gig because the other disk is just bonus stuff. Thats one awesome dude. There were so many fakers this last past week.
Carbon was pretty cool but I wish there were some day races too. I can actually run it with AA 2x max everything no problem.
Ya usually I like to stick too stick to the golden rule if I like it I'll buy it. I just forked over 400 bucks on my pc so funds are quite tight. Yes Prey was amazingly great. It's that type of game to show a bunch of people at at a party on a 50"LCD to wow everyone.
Oh there are so many torrents sites up now, I love it. It really opens up a whole new universe. The main ones I go to are torrentspy, Isohunt, and newtorrents.info. There are so many more though. I'd be such an uninformed noob without them.

Hey are you buying a PS3 on launch day or a Wii. Just wondering. I probably wont get one for awhile. I'm really waiting for Vista and DX10 cards. Should be the PS3 killer. Yay! Remeber ps3 games can be transfered from windows to your Ps3 hard drive. Plus Ps3 has its own browser. It will probably be awhile untill we see a PS3 and Wii emulator. I'd love to have one of those Wii controllers for my pc.
Two most inticpated games are unreal 2007 and Quake Wars.
Oh and nice gorilla avater. Everytime I think of gorillas I think of that one dude on OG who painted a gorrilla on his wall but it had two penises.LOL I forgot his name though. I wonder if Ms.Mess still plays guild wars??

im running an ati x 1800 xl. pretty good card i guess but im not going to upgrade until d x 10 is out. ive got a 20.1 inch lcd. oh yeah oblivion rock's on 1680 x 1050. mod's are awesome for oblivion. i had quite a collection of them. yeah i downloaded dark messiah not sure if your getting the one that's around 4.25 gig's but it kept on fucking up on the second chapter. the fighting is awesome in it though.

the only game i find worth the time is counter strike.... every other computer game has dissapointed me/ gotten old / got on my nerves with online fees.

try fear combat. go to joinfear.com they give you a place to download the whole game along with a free serial key. so your not really paying anything and its a very good game. your character has many many differnt hitting abilities like jumping and kicking people in the head it also has better graphics than cs

Lately I've been playing the hell out of Company of Heroes.

Easily one of the best games I have ever played, not that means much. (Not that avid of a gamer.)
