WARNING: NEW FEDERAL LAW

Under this new ordinance all material under these guidelines are subject to search and siezure and imprisonment:

This information has been dumbed down to the point where american citizens may be able to comprehend the meaning of this matter.

Startling new evidence, in a government study costing over six billion dollars has found that in order to combat terror it is neccassary and mandatory by law to assess the risk of anything matching this description:

1) It is square or rectangular?

2) Does it require electricity to function

3) is it the color black?

The american people may be relieved to know that any items not matching this description can be dismissed. Because it is common knowledge that terrorists would never take the nessary steps to make a bomb look like an ordinary object. This would increase their chances of success, and is not permitted by the official Good vs Evil Ideals (Article III) of the Western World.

We ask all citizens to take this matter seriously. Anyone who disregards this public service announcement, and blatently displays black square shaped electrical devices of any size shall be addmitted to the Ministry of Love for further questioing, and releases after evaluation.

I graciously thank the American People for their voluntary Cooperation in making this great nation safer from people who envy our freedome.

_President Bush

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler."
"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."
"Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe."
"The release of atom power has changed everything except our way of thinking...the solution to this problem lies in the heart of mankind. If only I had known, I should have become a watchmaker."

"A human being is a part of a whole, called by us _universe_, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
