I'm just issuing a warning toward users buying from this online growshop.
I made an order september 30th and was supposed to get it "deliver in 2-3 days". A week went by and I sent them an email, no answer. another couple of days and I call them, after 7 minutes of "muzak" I get cut off tried one more time with the same result. a couple of more days and I sent more emails. Got the answer "check the my-hydro are to get more information about your delivery" My-hydro said nothing but what I orderd and when I did it.

To this date nothing has really happend exept I got an orderstatus update on "my-hydro" from new to dispatched (this was 14 days ago) and I got a delivery date (first okt 24th now oktober 31th)

Sent them numerous emails without getting any good answers back, mostly generic"thank you for emailing us" crap. and I have been calling them 20+ times at different times without them PICKING UP THE PHONE ONE SINGLE TIME.

So please do not EVER purchase anything from this site! It's gonna save you a lot of headaches and frustrations....

www.hydroponics.eu are now my nemesis!

I think you have been ripped off mate.
I live on the outkirts of London and work as a courier (delivery driver), I am in central London fairly often and I have never saw a hydro shop on Regent Street.

not everyone has a hydro shop near by the closest one to me that i know of is at least 2 hours away
