Maybe he didn't know what he was doing either..but knowing cameramen, the producers or whoever probably knew shit like that was gonna happen with people smoking for the first time and told them beforehand not to say shit.

Good for him. Sounds like he needs a good toke every now and then, or more often. The sad part was he had no one to show him the way. But he accomplished his goal. Theres going to be more and more of us old folks that smoke, to bad he wasted the last forty years by not smoking, I didn't.

Yeah good example for people who have friends/family newly experimenting with cannabis as a healing tool, start with excellent smoking goods. I think people feel like as beginners they should start with crap... like Im going to just ruin these nice skis why don't I get these shitty ones instead principle. Honestly the best gift you can give yourself is to work with the best stuff you can get. The best pipe, the best bulb, the best filter, the best Cannabis Forum... oh right got the last one already.

At first it I was "facepalming" myself, then it was hilarious as hell, but the ending was beautiful. I think he did just fine after he figured out how to smoke that pipe. Cannabis will help with all of his health problems.

This was actually part of that 4 episode show that featured Harborside, I think it was called Weed Wars. The guy said, after the fact, that he didn't really feel that weed helped him & he probably wouldn't continue to smoke...if I remember correctly.

Imagine if someone had actually been able to discuss it with him beforehand, set his expectations realistically and then helped him partake with a decent bong or vaporizer. I think his experience may have been very different.

I remember seeing that when it was first on tv..yeah, the part where he is smoking it like tweak with the lighter on the bottom, I had to laugh at that part because it was just plain funny no matter how you slice it.
He seemed to have a positive experience with it though, so good on him.
