wanna use rockwool need advice

i got a question dudes? i want to put my germed seeds into 4inch rockwool cubes then wen they have rooted i want to put in my compost in final pot12L ive seen a video of this being done and i totally understand about the watering and nutes but he is doing it in coco, i cant do coco because i spend a couple of nights a week away from them so i cant waterr thats why i chose compost, the question is wat nutes and quantity initially ive only done total compost before now and i just let the plants live off water no nutes till flower , but i kno there is nooooo nutes in the rockwool , so if u understand wat im trying to ask lol im stoned to whilst im typin

Compost alone won't do it.

Maybe read up....that's a novel idea!

hi arid since posting that question I have found another video of the guy and I now understand the question myself i was tryin to ask lol , i was stoned at the time
