Humidity is way low you need it around 50+ depending on how warm you have it. In bloom it's generally done around 40ish % to prevent problems that can happen with high humidity and a packed room.
Read up on VPD. Environment is just as important as nutes. Not to say it has to be perfect but good is good, nameen?
Closing your space up, running that water table and controlling air flow should get you close. You might need a small humidifier. It's always dry like that?

Looks like classic N deficiency and the beginning of P deficiency showing in the brown edges. A general lack of nutrition manifests as gradual necrosis and loss of color starting at the bottom and working it's way upward.
I'd bump it up to at 300ppm. At least with my nutes they'd be at 0.6 by now. That's my approach, what do you think sturgeon? 0.6 - 0.8ec is golden for early veg. IME.
