VORTEX WIRING HELP!!!!!

Does ne one know how to wire this to a vortex 6'' inline. it has 2 red wires and 1 green

the assholes as the hydro shop said it was easy but he seemed like he was bullshitin me. i didnt know i needed to b on the bomb squad to hook this bitch up lol

Just use the red wires to interrupt the hot line (black wire) going to the fan. Connect the green to the ground.

Get a plug-in controller as a replacement. No wiring necessary.

Yeah, I just noticed on Vortex's site that they offer the plug in models but not the SSSC's like the above one. Makes me think they might have something a little different in the wiring.

Plug-in controller's definitely work.
Mine only cost me $8 from http://www.globalgrow.com/
The product is not listed on their website but the guy will help you find pretty much anything you ask.
With that said, he's not my favourite retailer....I have ordered through them about four times, but that last time he messed up my order and didn't care to correct anything.

The controller has been in use for a little over a year and works wonderfully.
