Voodoo Juice!

Hey guys, I've just got a quick question before I drop another couple bills on some nutrients. Recently I got some homegrown from a buddy who lives near me and he was using something called voodoo juice, I had never really heard of this before, but I read up on it and it sounds fantastic. Pretty much a steroid for your roots with beneficial bacteria! Has anyone used this product before? If so, will I need any other sort of nutrient supplement? I currently have Miracle Gro all purpose, and ultra bloom but I'm thinking of switching the ultra bloom for some advanced nutrients' big bloom. Also, if i mixed this stuff in water, how longs the shelf life on it while its in the water ? Should I keep it bubbling so it doesn't settle. Sorry for all the questions but any feedback would be appreciated before I go out and blow another 200 bucks! Cheers

i bought it, kinda regrettable at 60 bucks a liter but atleast i actually have seen more root growth.

new strains though.

dangbongdang if your looking for some nice root growth get rid of that MG soil. I used that stuff for years without knowing what i was doing. I use FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil now w/ domolite lime added at 1 1/2 TBSP per gallon of soil and my roots now grow outta the bottom of the pots. Save yer money. Just my .02 Peace LL.

hey sorry, there must have been a miscommunication, I don't use miracle grow soil, im currently using worm castings, mixed with lots of perlite and vermiculite, what i meant by miracle gro was the supplements i was giving my ladies, i have the all purpose plant food and ultra bloom, i read whats in them and they seem to have all the mobile and immobile nutrients a plant needs. If I were to purchase the voodoo juice and the big bud, would i be able to supplement these aswell as the miracle gro or would that be too much feeding for one watering? thanks alot guys, youre keeping money where it should be, in my pocket!

dangbongdang my bad i musta over toked on this shit. I feed with foxfarm grow big in veg and use Pure blond pro for soil in bloom. Never added anything to those and things are very green and big. I also used some MG ferts in the past but found my bud wouldnt burn clean. Even with a 2 week flush. Keep it simple. Heres my ladies on pbp. Peace LL

i'm receiving a sample from advanced nutrients to test on my grow...i'm gonna run it on half my plants...we'll see if it's worth $70 a fucking liter...

havent used the VJ but i'm with lifeless on the FFOF soil and dolimite lime added, for my veg the plants get every other watering seaweed extract cold processed kelp, PBP grow liquid karme diamond necture cal-mag+ and sweet lol and if i remember i hit em 1 time a wk with mexican bat guano.

for flower i like FFOF soil with these amendments added
1 tblspn blood meal per gal soil
2 tblspn bone meal per gal soil
2 tspn dolimite per gal soil
i mixe this several time each day for 5-7 days before planned use apon flowering 1wk before i use 1/2 cup FF big bloom. then 3 wks after flowering begins i introduce the nutes
flowering nutes are, liquid karma, diamond necture, cal mag +, big bloom, sweet, and indoneasion bat guano. 3wks before chop i stop all liquid ferts but slam them with the indo guano and budswell untill last 3 waterings. with what i use i get mad root growth and real tasty buds

I tried a crop of AK48 (on a favourite pheno) using voodoo juice. From my experience it caused a slightly longer stretch in flowering, BUT, the plants did grow with a marked increase in vigour & increased yield. I have stopped using it, as the extra stretch caused a few probs for me, having limited vertical space.

But as j cannabis said, 'notably' expensive.

I have used voodoo juice.

It is not worth the powder to blow it to hell.

Get a better soil mix instead, castings with verm and perl is not ideal.
checkout the organic forums for some premo soil recipies.

with worm castings and perlite you should use all organic nutes and you will notice a differance in taste and bud size and over all yield. fuck the v juice you dont need it. and add some fox farm soil to your mix and you will get better roots.

i used to use vj, but not much better for a lot of cost, i now use bud master from advanced gardening http://www.advancedhydroponicgardening.com/ and my quality and yeild increased much more than with vj and i think its cheaper.
