Vitamins Takers

hey man, i normally take Vita Fit. It contains vitamins;a,d,e,c,iron,niacin,iodine,phosphorous,pantothenic acid,phosphorous,folic acid,
riboflavin,b6,b12,calcium and thiamin. I always take on an average daily basis (well when ever i see them in my cupboard) and especially when im smokin green. I think if the bodies happy then the mind is also. You cant beat takin vitamins when you smoke...it just givs you a better more healthier feeling ya kno. Im not a big health freak...though i look after my body and take vitamons most the time.

centrium or somethin like that daily, and creatine phosphate for lifting weights give u extra energy to pump out more reps

I just eat differant kinds of fruit salad and vegetables etc everyday.
The artificial vitamines just make your urine more colourfull.

I think the body can absorb vitamins better when they are in normal food and it is very uncommon that the body of a western person has a lack of vitamins.

If that was the case you would have scurvy.

just discovered Emergen C & love it, a good boost without caffine ! I use to take GNC's ultra-mega gold or Mega Man multi vitamins & fish oil/Sam's brand because its Enteric coated (no bad breath or burpin up) I can really tell a difference since i stopped takin vitamins. Going to start back on a good multi this week, fish oil (Sam's enteric) & probably grape seed....Oh yeah i little cardio work is a must !!!...Peace & to Feelin Good :canabis:

Apparently the western diet is deficient in Omega 3 fats so get the cod liver or linseed oil down ya. Good for the brain.

You could also try some salmon in your diet or some multigrain bread that contains flaxseeds.

I think this is the best alternative to eating salmon 3-4 times a week :yummy:
 
central vit on top of..
Vitamin C 1000mg
Vitamin E 800 iu
3x fish oils
the occastional b complex
selenium 200mg(helps with c and e)
magnesium 500mg when i need to relax
5-HTP 200mg << rox my tits with some gooooood ganja food
