Visiting Cali... need some pointers

Alright, I am taking a little vacation and going to head out to Orange County and spend a weekend with a friend of mine. We are both from the East Coast and don't really know anyone in California besides a few HS friends a few hours away from OC. Is it fairly easy to come across smoke in the area or will I have to leave the city to find some (small issue as we're flying out and won't have a vehicle)... TIA.

hey, i'm also from the east coast. i've spent a pretty good amount of time in arcata. the dea was in town 6/08 and announced arcata had a huge indoor grow problem, lol. any ways 1/8's were easy, but if you wanted ounces than that can take a while, BUT i do shower and shave so everyone thought i was a cop, so it might have taken longer because of this lol. but yeah everyones pretty chill about it, and usually great, but i do turn some down. i also try to use good judgement on who to deal with.
