Visas(Stranger) and Cannabis ?

Hi all, i'm in a tight situation.. I'am from EUROPE and i have a very good friends who has a land in NorCal ( Mendo ) where he grow indoor & outdoor MMJ legally , i wanna know if i do visas & all procedures , Can i work with him with a H2A or something ?

I would love join him for the summer and work with him but i need to know if i can go there for work in cannabis ..

Sooo , if u guys have a experience like that or just give me more informations on this point i appreciate!

It would probably depend a lot on how comfortable your friend was with filling out all that paperwork. If you are actually stating that you will be growing cannabis to federal agencies as your work source that seems counterproductive. Even if your friend is operating within state guidelines for medical cannabis the d.e.a can and will prosecute if they feel like it.
