good video...!
i'll like to harvest when most are milky... just before amber...
then those sativa's have the most speed ;-)
waiting longer it's sometimes stronger but not better imo.
the perfect harvest window is than when they start to smell stronger and have this milky ...
pure sativa's have 3 harvest windows...
first is when 75% of the hairs are brown.. and the plant start to smell stronger...
second when all hairs are brown and all milky ... plant smells strong second time
last is when first amber show up... and plant smells stronger again but just for a few day's 2-5 max
amber = body stone
milky = full up high
the harvest window are 2-5 day's max... than smell goes back to before...
it's best practice to harvest after the first day in the morning before lights go on...
than they have less water and the first dry to get them to 65% RH goes quicker...
cure them @ 65% RH @ 15°C for 3 month ... and than you can enjoy ... or store the flowers...
also possible to do glas curing or buckets... lot's of possibilities... and solutions...
but if you put the flowers to early in bags without air movement... they easy start to smell like hay...
i'll use wooden open wine boxes ... and works perfect... important is also the curing temp...
so lower so better... but not under 10°C and not over 20°C or you loose terpene...
chlorophyll is what we need to get rid off... and best is slow...
curing is so important as flowering... so better you take care so better will be the results...
