Obama WANTS YOUR opinion- in the US or not! Otherwise the "Country" box would be fixed at "United States" and not re-settable to every nation of the world.
It is outrageous that "the Land of the Free" has more of it's citizens in jail than any other country! Our correctional institutions are crowded with cannabis users- set them free! It is obscene that you can go to prison for growing a non-toxic medicinal plant! It is insane to incarcerate people for using a herb that 65% of the voting public supports for medicinal use. It is illogical to allow tobacco and liquor, but not cannabis. It is counter-productive to keep throwing tax dollars away on a futile "War on Drugs", when cannabis could be a tax producing commodity and free up law enforcement to concentrate on serious crime!
