Right. They say Industrial Hemp is full of CBD. But outdoor cannabis isn't really kind medicine. Eating or smoking mycotoxins and anti nutrients doesn't feel right. Thank g.o.d. aeroponics is mainstream!

nonsense.

Outdoor

Outdoor

nonsense.

Humans have grown outdoors for thousands of years and have helped create many of the strains indoor growers enjoy dabbling with today.

Aeroponics, with indoor collection of human-made toxins floating around in the air, mold outbreaks requiring chemicals, and pests that don't show up much on healthy outdoor plants....... you can keep all of these inside thank g.o.d.

Is anyone growing ValentineX? I recently got a cut of this but can't find shit about anywhere. It is a high CBD to THC ratio sativa looking clone only brought here to Michigan by Nate Morris, he claims it has tested as high as 25% CBD. I hope to put at least one into flower before the end of the year...

There is something severely wrong with your thought process my friend.
in your case something in the sense of Chemicals vs Organics, Indoor(unnatural) vs Outdoor (Natural) should be looked at.

How is outdoor cannabis not medicine in comparison with indoor especially aeroponics?

Yeah living organic soil for the win! More terpene and essential oil (resin) production and diversity. Its win, win and certainly better medicine than aeroponics if grown well...

Aeroponics main claim to fame is much less water usage.

I heard of a "tora-bora" strain being very high cbd... anyone got any info/experience on this?

I am quite THC intolerant. I bought some 'Tora Bora' from a dispensary in Seattle and it's the only strain I can so far fearlessly smoke. It was billed at 10% CBD vs. 5% THC. The 'high' is very similar to a few beers on as many hits. I haven't taken it any farther than this. I now have a 'Harlequin' plant flowering and hope it has the same effect as the 'Tora Bora'. I am basically an oral ingester of RSO for my health, but a couple of puffs of a high CBD strain on occasion hits the spot.

Cannabis does not have over 100 Cannabinoids, I think the total today is more like 85. The reason the focus has been on only a few is that they are the ones that get you high, THC, CBN, while CBD and THCV modify the effects of THC.
Now that the focus is also medical many more uses will be found for the other Cannabinoids like CBD, THCV, CBC, CBG, CBN as well as the acid forms of the Cannabinoids.

i think one study will include things like omega 3,6,9,7 as cannabinoids that would bring the number up alot...85 and 100 are pretty close....

i mean when they carbon date you always get a plus or minus margin of error. my 2 cents 15 or so chemicals more isnt much

Humm according to the clubs and their numbers this is just not true. I suppose they could be lying about the numbers but according to them they have certain strains that are high in cbd's .. They have a strain called "Haley's Comet "high in cbd's and I heard Charlett's webs was also high in cbd's. When I talked to the guy that does the numbers he said he gets high cbd's #'s once in awhile. stay frosty headband 707:biggrin:

this might not help but Israel has a good portion of high cbd strains... one or two might be all cbd

If you really want to find the ultimate CBD rich strain, buy Cannatonic seeds from Resin Seeds and go pheno hunting. There are a handful of Cannatonic phenos that have hit over 20% CBD, unfortunatly they always seem to get renamed and the majority of people don't know the actual lineage of the cuts anymore. Lots of the famous CBD clone only cuts that people claim are results of years of breeding are really nothing more than Cannatonic grown from seed and then renamed...

I really want to try cannatonic, or something similar from cbd crew. However, from the tests I've seen run on these strains, there seems to be a lot of variation still. Like some with 15:1 ratio, and others with a 1:15 ratio? If you don't live somewhere with reliable testing facilitys, then it's still kind of a crap shoot. I'm sure there are at least a few guaranteed high cbd strain in each pack, but without testing, you just really don't know what you have.
Am I missing something? I think if I ever want to be sure, I'd have to make a 12 hour drive, and get a verified cut.

My understanding on cannatonic, is there are 4 phenotypes (at least), and only one is the crazy high CBD one.. so unless you get a cut of the high cbd pheno, you will have to grow them all out and figure it out for yourself. Im pretty sure the CBD Crew stuff is all stabilized and each bean should have fairly consistent THC/CBD levels..

Anything grown from seed is going to be needed to be tested be know for sure if you have a CBD strain. I've seen plenty of test results from CBD Crew strains that don't produce significant amounts of CBD.

Growing CBD Crew strains by seed is like buying a scratch off lottery ticket, you have decent odds of finding a winner but the payoff is likely to be small (4%-8% CBD). Growing Cannatonic from seed is more like playing the real lottery, worse odds but if you're really lucky you could find a 20%+ CBD pheno.

It sounds like they both have about 5% CBD. It's a lot higher than 'normal', but I guess it can get higher ? (no pun intended :woohoo: )

That Resin Cannatonic sounds great. Into the shopping cart it goes !
