Can't believe this thread didn't have a rating yet! Five stars to start it off for all this awesome work. Love the pictures and documentation! :)

No I havn't thought about that. TBH that is something I havn't done a whole lot of research into. What would be the advantage of having two different spectrums? Very curious...

From my experience using CMH (full spectrum) bulbs the added blue increases internode density, reduces over-all stretch and in the strains I tried sure as hell seemed to make them more leafy.

Yea man sure thing. Which pics do you want? Do you want pics of the top reflector with the lights attached or pics with the side reflectors?

Just let me know...

Id like to see the top reflector. por favor

Personally I have seen myself nodes closer together as well as better crystal production. I grew 2 of the same cuts under HPS and a MH the MH one wasn't quite as big but it looked all around better, taste, smell. your giving the plant the blue spectrum that the HPS can't really give IMHO

Thank you sir. And ok good to know about the MH bulbs... Will have to do some serious research into this. Very interesting. Thanks a lot for the info.

Haha... LOVE that comment.

So funny man because when I see excellent pics posted I stare at them the way I would look at photos of hot chicks... LOL...

Ok so today I will be choppin down the vert. VERY excited to see how she weighs in.

Last few shots before she comes down...

Outside looking in. If you notice down at the bottom there is open space where the plants are sagging. Hopefully this means a good yield...

Inside the system looking up...

This pic really doesn't do justice to the size of these nugs. Only vert nuts I have had this big were on WAY bigger plants that were vegged much longer and had WAY more watts. All of the main nugs are several times the size of this lighter.

Next batch veggin... Pissed at myself because I usually like to have the next batch ready to flower when I take down the run, but... Got held of for a few different reasons that arn't worth mentioning. Won't happen again though...

Anyway excited about trimmin and hopefully I get a good yield.

Man you are twisted. You like the fact that you can just torch all your chicks after about ten weeks too I am sure.

You are going to kill all those beautiful females when some of us struggle along not getting something half as nice.

Just sick sick sick.

Nice man, congrats on the haul. You managed to do the whole run without any trellis or other support?

Looks pretty good for a first run Bro......It only gets better with dialage and the right properly pre-vegged bitches......bet on it......now.....

I see no reason why yas can`t open the walls up enoughta build some reflective panels 17" wide since it`s the hypotenuse of a right triangle with 12" legs , and ........

That means the inside area would be 6' x 6' exactly like my rooms with 50 watts per sq ft as long as everything that ain`t green get`s covered in reflective material of your choice, including ceilings AND backs of the walls ta bounce back lumens that get past the plants constantly for 12 hrs lights on...anyways.....

Hope final numbers are good to yas , and the biggest thing I ever did ta help myself before Harvey was to get rid of everything I didn`t wanna trim by end of cycle , and .....

The leaf strippin after stretch is over combined with learnin howta get rid of sucker branches early on as well as till end of stretch helps to determine main laterals and top colas for concentration on swellage and defined plant structure with each plant........aight.....

Bring it on home Mr Sticky fingers......

Peace......Freds.....:ying:......

Its just like... whenever I have got what I want out of them I just feel the need to get rid of them... Always have the urge to move on to the next...

Yea I think it might have to do with the fact that I planted them horizontally in the pots. If you look a few pages back you might see what I mean. HOPEFULLY it doesn't mean that they didn't produce much...

Yea man I know this needs work. Still LOTS and LOTS of room for improvement. Still have to figure out how to prune for optimal flowering...

Also, I know what you mean about opening up the system. I have a few ideas for version 2. Will be building another similar system for another room in the next few weeks hopefully.

very nice man !!! very nice for your first pull for sure.

I sure hope so bro. Thanks!

Nice work BST looking forward to the next round ..Bud

Me too! Just hope this run weighs out well!
