Vermifire X promix-Biofungicide Soil Mix

the ratio is just 3 bags Vermifire to 1 Bale of Promix. The verimifire is very hot and seedlings were planted directly into the Vermi/Promix soil and here is a picture update after ~ 20 days or so. There is definitely an issue with the phosphorus, not sure if it is just locked out due to a pH imbalance or if it is actually lacking in the soil. All plants have been fed RO water only(not pHd) for the first 2 weeks, they got hit with a little rootbloom and voodoo juice once and then were flushed (RO water pH 6.0) after signs of nute deficiency/lockout. There is also a possibility it may just be that the soil is too hot. Here are some pictures of one plant in the garden. Other are showing similar characteristics, some showing signs early lacking N, S, K, CA and maybe one or two other with late stage N and P deficiencies.(hard to believe with Vermifire being so hot) All of the signs of nutrient deficiencies are occurring on older leavers only, all new growth is lush and green. All plants as of rt now are in solo cups. I realize this first post is heavy on the PLant problems but I will be coming back throughout the whole run to give some input on this soil mix. From my research not alot has been said about Vermifire other than it being very HOT. Any and all feedback is welcome and more than appreciated.

The reason you are having a issue is because the compost you chose is high in soluble fertilizer, they add it to the compost to beef up the n p k so growers will feel like they are getting their money's worth at the check stand. Problem is, it is too much at first, and too little later on. One would do better to select any compost without added soluble fertilizer, and add their own minerals which break down over time slowly presenting their value to the plants benefit. There are certain ratios of minerals that are desirable, and this means adding a lot of minerals to the soil beginning with calcium but also not skimping on the micro elements. I should add the disclaimer that any mineral based soil does not work well at all with added soluble fertilizer so if you were planning on that, it's a different route.

Right now there's not much you can do beside clean your garden up and pot them to new soil when they are a bit more root bound.

I have a side by side going vermifire and ffof (which I've used in the past) also and it just seems like all of the ones in the vermifire have problems or have had them at one point or another. And another thing I've noticed is red or brown pistils even on my verging plants you noticed any of that?
