Venting question

So say there are 2 ways to vent and exhaust air in a grow room.
One; being a Sealed room, with c02, self contained.
Two; being air pulled from out-side, then exhausted inside.
....
Now what about if you just used the air inside the house and exhausted it to another room?, would this be enough c02/fresh air for a normal grow?

Thanks!

Just use an exhaust fan, vented outside, chimney best, is perfect. Zero problems, air from within the house is more stable than outside, negative pressure keeps the house smell free.

6" with matching carbon filter, fine for a few 600s, if it keeps the temps within bounds.
